Anthony Dollar comes in a proof and business strike version.  Usually modern coins minted with an "S" mintmark are proof strikes only, however the U.S. Mint, San Francisco created both strikes for the 1980 S dollar, this being the business strike, and can be found in general circulated as well as mint sets.
