Located in northern Arizona, Grand Canyon National Park commemorates the swath of rocky cliff faces cut out by the ambling Colorado River over thousands of years of activity. At its widest point the Grand Canyon stretches one mile across.
The reverse of the Silver Eagle Bars features the image of RMC’s checkerboard reverse pattern. Included on this side are engravings of the weight, purity, and metal content of the bar. Also included is the mint logo for Republic Metals Corporation, an “RMC” with a cauldron pouring molten iron into a mold in the “M.”
